“Hi Soul Hippy, it's funny you are asking, it broke about 2 weeks ago and the glass beads suddenly everywhere.. I really liked the bracelet, very nice design and something you can wear anytime - but knowing this happened just about 4 months after purchase, not great.. and not sure how to feel about it.. update after 1 month - Soul Hippy contacted me straight away, offering replacement for free.. we will see how long this one lasts :)”

Hi Martin, I'm sorry you had a problem with your bracelet - I'm sure we can help you out. As the bracelets are hand-tied and made from the plastic and glass that is recovered from the sea, we do occasionally see issues like this. “Service was very good from Soul Hippy. I purchased a 4ocean bracelet which unfortunately broke a few weeks after as the adjustment piece came of and it doesn’t tie on your wrist very well as the twine slips. I understand this is no fault of Soul Hippy and the bracelet was for a good cause.”
