I'm really sorry your parcel is taking a while to arrive. While usually Royal Mail would deliver the majority of items within 2 business days, the current situation with COVID means that there are some delivery offices that have been severely impacted by staff shortages. As first class does not have a guaranteed delivery timeframe there's little we can do to speed it up I'm afraid, but please rest assured that it is on the way and we'll keep an eye on your order from our end now.

“V upset i do t think either of my SEPERATE orders have Ben delivered yet and it’s been over a week .. please check ... jane fulford Orders were delivered so apologies ... Soul hippy offered great customer service even offering to replace and resend if they had not been delivered so cheers and u deserve to be great Tx”

Hi Jane, Sorry to hear that - both orders were shipped same day and the Royal Mail tracking indicates that they were both delivered on 31st August. If that’s not the case can I just ask that you have checked with your neighbours first, and then let us know at hello@soulhippy.com and we’ll make sure you receive your order.
