“Received my 3 bracelets but they are too big. I have tried to arrange to return them for a small size but have not received any replies to my emails. I tried Live Chat but nobody responded! You are only given 14 days in which to return items, so time is running out! What a shame as I really want to support the charity.”

“Can't review properly yet but bit disappointing when the reviews say quick delivery and I haven't had an update on my delivery in a week. Not sure why I've been asked to review when I haven't received my parcel yet.”

Hi Angel, I'm really sorry for the delay in your delivery. It was dispatched by first class post on Friday, and you should have received an email at that point. In the vast majority of cases our parcels arrive within a day or two but unfortunately Royal Mail are experiencing isolated staffing issues due to COVID, and your area may be one that is affected. “Order turned up really quickly, lovely cards too. However the ocean bracelets, which I bought as presents, are really difficult to adjust, or won't. Wouldn't buy these again, which is sad as the cause is fantastic.”

“I'm very disappointed. I ordered my daughter a bracelet for her birthday as a surprise however when the envelope arrived it was stamped with SoulHippy. She picked up the mail and new immediately what it was. Why is it necessary to logo up the padded envelope?”

I'm really sorry for any disappointment caused by the branding on our envelopes. We always try to honour any specific requests made in the shipping comments at checkout but I do understand that this is not necessarily very clear.
