Hi Katy, I'm really sorry your order hasn't arrived yet - I've just checked and it was dispatched on Friday, the same day you ordered it, by Royal Mail first class post. While Royal Mail have generally been excellent during COVID, there have been isolated cases where deliveries have taken a few days to arrive due to staff shortages in delivery offices - there's little we can do to avoid this sadly. I will keep an eye on your order and if it hasn't arrived by Friday I'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
