“The service I received from Customer Service was good. The person helped me select the appropriate headphones for my wife's Christmas present, being Audio-Technica ATH-ANC9 headphones(which I purchased 20/10/2017). My wife does love these and gets great use out of them. However approximately 3 months ago the lining in both the ear cups has split open and all the foam is exposed, so I am skeptical how long my wife will be able to use these headphones.”
