“I checked the SG website and the product I wanted was flagged as out of stock. But on the off chance that the site was out of date, I phoned the shop to find that it was in fact in stock. SG could have lost my purchase if I had looked elsewhare.\nPhone contact was fine when checking stock, ordered via website and delivery spot on the day promised. Would use SG again if price and stock ok.”

“The service by telephone was excellent. The package arrived promptly and the pickup was well-wrapped in bubble wrap. However, the clear plastic box was badly damaged - it appears to have been crushed at some point in transit. The pickup appears to be undamaged but I haven't had the opportunity to fit it yet. When I do i will let you know if there are any problems.\n”

“Absolutely spot on !!!! Rang up in morning to check if the amp I was after was in stock. Was told it was, at the price advertised. I was was advised to go online to order it for security reasons,which I duly did. The amp duly arrived the next day as promised and at the time I was told via email. Will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending these guys to my fellow muso buddies (assuming they don't already use them). As customers all we ever want is a decent service.......These guys give it in spades. ...”
