“Bought efx pedal on line. Procedure worked OK., no need to use shop staff.\n4 * , not 5 because :\nCarrier less satisfactory. Web page difficult to access. 4, 5, 6 attempts each time. No indication of expected time of day for delivery.\nDPD has much easier access, with map showing progress of van, and predicts 2hr window.”

“Excellent service, good coms and flexible/helpful response re returned item. Four stars because a better description and measurements of a flight case would have informed the initial purchase and made the return un-neccessary. Generally great though and would happily shop again.”

“Bought a Blackstar ID:15 TVP (trading in an ID Core Beam), happy little boy until the 'line in' was found not to function. Returned it to the shop and within an hour all fixed, fine and dandy and being prepared for dispatch back to me. All tested now and I'm back to being happy. I would have given 5 stars, but the trade in value stung a bit (I know we all want top dollar). But overall, great shop, friendly and helpful.”

“Good service & knowledgable staff. Was left alone to try out as many guitars as I wanted without any pressure. Happy with my purchase but slightly annoyed that the pickguard on the guitar I purchased had quite a lot of scratching, Not something you notice until you examine the guitar at home. I guess the guitar must have been demo'd for a while in the shop. I think this should have been drawn to my attention.”

Hi Paul, I am glad you are happy with the service and the guitar. All Yamaha guitars are shipped to us with a very thin plastic protector on the pickguard, these are designed to peel off and underneath the plate should be brand new. It is unusual for these to be taken off in store but if this is the case, I apologise for this. Cheers Neil.
