Very competitive prices, delivery to Central NSW very prompt with tracking and great customer service when one of the parcels was damaged by courier/post. No fault of Sparesbox but excellent response and outcome.

Your customer service and delivery system are second to none. Ebay and many others need to try and match your performance. My advice to others will be to try Spares box directly before going to Ebay and all other "Stuff around" sellers. Great job, well done.

Refunds - Difficult

My son then paid a further $100 to send the part back only to be told that it was our fault the part was incorrect and that since there were fingerprints on the part that they would not honor a refund or there 30 day return guarantee.

Bunch of useless cunts Steer clear of them at all costs! they are so incompetent, it's been 4weeks now since placing the order and they couldn't supply parts, offered a partial refund

Paid for item on eBay a week ago no messages or receipt of order no response to emails will have to get refund via eBay 🤔☹️
