Exactly the same story as everyone else, they implied they had stock when no-one else did, then ignored my requests to expedite the delivery or switch to an in-stock alternative.

Given the hundreds of transactions that would be processed in this manner each day they have a good sideline in investing your money on the short term money markets as they have essentially have access to 'free' funds for as long as they can string you along with the line that there are 'unavoidable delays in the delivery of goods'.

Ordered a radiator for a MINI R53 Cooper S, said it was in stock and that delivery would take just 5 days. Two weeks later, the item arrived bent like a banana and damaged beyond use. A search of the website yields no telephone number to call, forced to submit an online form, now told I will wait 6-10 days for processing. Utterly disgusting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE - RUN!

Refunds - Difficult

My son then paid a further $100 to send the part back only to be told that it was our fault the part was incorrect and that since there were fingerprints on the part that they would not honor a refund or there 30 day return guarantee.

Bunch of useless cunts Steer clear of them at all costs! they are so incompetent, it's been 4weeks now since placing the order and they couldn't supply parts, offered a partial refund

Paid for item on eBay a week ago no messages or receipt of order no response to emails will have to get refund via eBay 🤔☹️

Very competitive prices, delivery to Central NSW very prompt with tracking and great customer service when one of the parcels was damaged by courier/post. No fault of Sparesbox but excellent response and outcome.

Your customer service and delivery system are second to none. Ebay and many others need to try and match your performance. My advice to others will be to try Spares box directly before going to Ebay and all other "Stuff around" sellers. Great job, well done.
