“Purchased sparklers, advertised as indoor sparklers, for use on a cake. When they arrived they clearly stated "outdoor use only" on the packaging. I complained and asked for a refund, which was agreed and two months later, no sign of the refund. I will never use this shoddy company again.”

“Ordered 50 sparklers with labels as favours for our wedding. The order was alright quality but incomplete (had labels for another couple). Tried to contact them via email and Facebook but no response! Kept chasing and finally got a reply to say the card was out of stock so offered a partial refund. Accepted this but again no reply so chased up and told me that they had now sent out replacement. Was too late though as put wrdding had already passed and they never materialised anyway so gave up! Avoid at all costs...”

“Never received the order. Sparklers were very difficult to communicate with - PayPal stepped in and did the refund negotiations. Never use them again, the sparklers were for a party. What a let down”

“A purchased personalised sparklers for our wedding. Luckily they did arrive however I paid for quick delivery and they took weeks to arrive. I was about to order elsewhere when it arrived on our doorstep. The sparkler tags looked quite nice and the personalisation was correct. The gold glitter was also nice and didn't come off. The only thing was that there were two Chinese ¥ symbols at either side of the writing! They were quite small so I think most people thought they were hearts...the sparklers also had quite a potent smell to them which concerned me a little. On the evening the sparklers seemed to work ok which was a relief. These products are clearly from China - I think this company should stop pretending to be UK based and promising quick delivery. If you were just honest and said they are coming from China and there is a two week + wait then you would have happier customers.”

“Fast postage and good price but the silver bits on the end of quite a few of the sparklers has crumbled away which I was gutted about as they were for a wedding..”

“They sent us an order of their choosing rather than what we had actually paid for with no explanation and didn't even change the receipt/order summary to reflect what they had sent. The order was for specific items for a specific reason. When questioned their attitude was if you want what you ordered you'll have to wait two months! I didn't bother to carry on the conversation with the cretin answering their emails. Hopeless customer service. Would not recommend or use again.”

“Service was good, very quick delivery but very disappointed with the sparklers. It said nothing in the description that they were Harry Potter themed and not suitable for children. We will be sending them back as not appropriate for our wedding.”
