“Customer services were very helpful. After a batch of parcels went missing they rearranged a replacement to be sent with a few freebies to make up for the delay. I can’t fault the service.”

“Long handled gold sparklers were a great success and popular at our wedding. First Rate. However, The 'R & M' letter sparklers were useless as none would light. We used a blow lamp to try to light them but they were just junk. Dissapointing at our Rita & Malcolm Wedding.”

“I needed something to look like a fuse on a bomb for a drama. This did the job quite well and felt safe to use and handle. If the sparkler is bent for any reason it is likely that the coating will crack. The burning then stops at the crack. It is not a problem if they are handled with care.”

“The sparkler tags were wonderful quality, and the wording was just what we required. The sparklers themselves weren't very long lasting, much shorter than I expected. Very quick service”

“I bought sparkle sticks and letters. The sticks worked perfectly, a beautiful reminder of our colombian childhood. The letters instead, didn't work properly, they turned off. Very sad!”

“One minor criticism-the Bright Star rainbow coloured sparklers were indeed very colourful but disappointing on the "sparkle" front in that they didn't really sparkle when compared to the standard sparklers, more just a solid burning flame.”

“The service was great and the sparklers were delivered quickly and before bonfire night. The rainbow sparklers weren't really "rainbow" more like normal sparkler, red, green I would have expected a rainbow sparkler to be a whole spectrum of colours. But they were decent enough. Would use them again. Thanks”

“i had the wrong amount sent to me but after emailing sparklers i got prompt reply and the order sent out to me. i was worried because its for my wedding and thought id got ripped off. the free tel number is hard to get though o though”

“The delivery was quick, however I wasn't too impressed with the packaging and method of delivery - hermes left it outside my front door, anyone could have just taken it or it could have got soaked when it rained later!”
