“bought heart shaped sparklers specifically for outdoor use, the website says they can be used in or outdoors. arrived and packaging says indoor use. read the return policy and seems very complicated but not at all happy”

“The sample tag arrived but there was no sparkler in the envelope! I paid £3.99 for postage as advertised on the website however the envelope frank was for just £0.52p. The gentleman I spoke to said my sparkler would arrive later in the week, which it hasn't and he will not refund my postage. Unhappy customer”

“Still awaiting delivery :( I know my wedding is ages away but I'm an excited bride to be and had hoped they would have arrived by now :( I'm sure the product will be great but the delivery is certainly slow”
