Hello, we always send a tracking number and you're emailed immediately with updates. If Canada Post has delayed shipping your product we have no control over that. We always send your product as soon as we can.
“Looks like I have also been scammed like a few of the other reviews said. Tracking number created. Doesn’t match the order number in the email. Emailed and tried live chat. No responses from anyone. Took the money and ran. Don’t not order from this place. I should know better as I use many other domestic sites with no problems. Lesson learned.”

Sent 6 emails being very nice and understanding but no response. Took my money and ghosted me. It’s too bad with all the comparison out there I switched to them only to get taken.
