“Using the website and ordering was easy. Sending sample bags before purchase was helpful. The quality of the bags was as described, heavy duty plastic so just what I wanted. The cost of postage and VAT, particularly the former, almost did put me off ordering as it was half as much again as the cost of the bags. I wasn’t in a hurry for the bags so I’m sure a cheaper method of postage could be sourced. But, even so, they were still competitively priced.”

“The products ordered were of a good quality, but we were guaranteed a next day delivery and the products arrived four days later. We lost revenue through this.”

Hi Thank you for your comments, they are greatly appreciated. Although we do not guarantee next day delivery, the majority (currently 96.8%) of deliveries are made the following day. Please call us if the goods do not arrive when you think they should. We are here to help! Thanks again
