“Speedypack is not professional company at all . I bought wrong product on 06 September 2016 and i returned it in next day. They said to me refund takes 30 days now today is 14 October and still i did not get my payment back. I opened case on paypal for refund. Speedypack has really bad customer service, i spend £295 And still waiting for refund.”

“I received my order today. The bags are the wrong size! Instead of 239 X 186 as stated on your invoice the bags measure 150 X 205. Also they are made of the wrong material. Greeting card bags are made of cellophane whereas these are thicker polythene, which is totally unsuitable. I cannot use them and will be contacting you as soon as possible for a refund. I am very disappointed! Pam Grimmond I am pleased to report that Speedypack have given me a refund for the goods and the P&P. Thank you. Pam Grimmond”

It would have been great if you had called us first, before posting the negative review, so that we could address the situation. “Despite having the correct name and address on the delivery receipt email the package was sent to the wrong building. I am not sure why the name was changed after the confirmation email but its incorrect. As yet the package has not been reconciled with the owner yet.”

Hi Really sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the delivery - This sounds like an issue with Parcelforce, sometimes delivery drivers get overwhelmed by Universities. If you had called us and informed us that you had not received your parcel I feel sure that we could have helped you. Best regards Speedypack

“would have been better if customer service was applied, I emailed twice with the "price match" guarantee and have heard nothing, then when I ordered only part the order came, spoke to someone there on both matters who took my number and you've guessed it never returned the call and never resent missing items i await your call 07902217905 regards andy”
