“ordered goods from speedy pack in good condition took 10 days to arrive”

“The site is simple to use and is clearly lain out. One small downside is the items ordered were despatched very punctually but are yet to be delivered in the same quick fashion even though it was supposed to be next day delivery. Overall a pleasant experience though.”

“I tried to re-order as per last time but where it said insert amount - there was no place to do it. So I had to re- order again from this start. Small problem but maybe they can fix the page on their order form”

“Got a prompt call regarding an item out of stock and mentioned alternative with part refund. Was also accommodating regarding refund versus purchase of split pack item. Would have received 'very good' but the order was deficient a couple of items. Called and deficient items arrived the next day as promised. Speedypack are very good compared to most on-line purchases.”

“delivery not right. having been a driver myself i know the approx time i will arrive. needs text to allow indow of arrival e.g between 10 to 12 am. had to stay in all day to ensure got parcel. must improve. other comapanies do this.”
