“We ordered a gift for Mothers Day - arrived earlier than expected with specific instructions "not to peek or open until Mothers Day" which we thought was fun. As part of the gift box we ordered a dried flower arrangement and vase (mini). The vase didn't arrive. However, when I contacted spoil me they apologised as they had sold out of stock and immediately replaced with another vase and sent to my mother in law free of charge. I would use again. THANKYOU.”

“As always, a great service, wide range of goods to choose from. Prompt delivery. This is why we keep coming back. Slightly challenging this time getting hold of someone by phone to answer a query, but once that was dealt with it was very straightforward.”

“The product arrived within 2 days and the delivery address was very close to the despatch warehouse. The product received by the recipient was very much enjoyed. As this was a gift for a man in hospital and I chose the contents of the box this was easy. A few more products for hospital or bereavement would be ideal. Candles, photoframes, crisps and more savoury items would make sending a care package even easier. The products available are good quality and were well received by the recipient.”
