“Saw an online Google ad saying same day delivery. I could understand if it were 2 working days even as the order was placed late in the afternoon on Monday, but it took 5 working days after I chased up the courier company. Not spoilmes fault, but they should definitely look into using a more reliable courier company”

“The box was great but the courier left it on the wrong street address so I had to call my parents and they had to pick it up. Spoilt the surprise a bit.”
