“I would like to send a message with my hamper but the option never came up.??”

“Great concept and cool selection of gifts for "build a box" option. Only issue is selecting items for the cart. You have to go back and forth and start scrolling from the top of the menu to add new items, rather than select an item and keep scrolling. App/site could be adjusted for a more seamless shopping experience.”

“The box I bought was really nice and I was happy with the items chosen (as it was a mystery box) however the gift message was left out so the recipient had to guess who it was from. I emailed to say thanks but also tell them it was forgotten- was then blamed saying I “didn’t write a gift message” (which I did and received confirmation of) then spoil me never replied. So yeah, not a nice customer service interaction which ‘spoiled’ the whole experience.”

“I couldn’t pickup my order due to some issues and sent a mail to check if my order can be delivered to my address on my cost but there was no response at all, seems no one is bothered about customer”

“I chose the $100 option and I would not say there was anywhere enough to justify that amount of money. It was nice stuff and it turned up on time but I was hugely disappointed in the contents.”

“while the gift was great and well received. the communication and delivery wasn't. I ordered on a Tuesday prior to 11 it was delivered on the Saturday. I emailed to find out whether it could be followed up, I never received a response, so I contacted the courier company who was pretty helpful.”

“I have to be honest, service was wonderful nice and quick. But the $50 paid for a mystery box was a a bit of a rip off for four items. Very different from the items displayed in the discription picture.”

“I ordered a Father’s Day present from my 10 month old daughter to her dad, their first Father’s Day and the card that we received with it was directed to someone else and the message I had written was a meaningful one and it was a shame that my husband wasn’t able to read that.”
