“Ordered a customised box for mothers day and asked for a mothers day delivery and put in a mother's day note. This was ignored and my package was sent to my mother two weeks before mothers day. Have contacted company for an explanation but haven't heard a response.”

“The products that turned up were not the products shown in the photos. I was not made aware of these changes and found it very disappointing. Like I had been duped into paying a certain amount and receiving lesser quality goods than advertised”

“Package arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Tried to get in touch with the team during this time via phone and email twice with no response. Recognise this may be a busy time but would have appreciated having contact. Items are good however as usual.”

“Package was fine however arrived a week after it was ordered. Understand postal situation in NZ isn’t great however the package sat with the delivery driver for 7 days before being delivered. Chocolate was melted and well after the birthday it was intended for. Disappointing service.”

“The glasses that were sent with the Whiskey were pretty poor quality. I feel if you are charging that much the glasses could be of much better value and quality.”
