“I missed out on a $10 first time discount then the website apparentlyfauledto record that this was to go to another address, even though idefinitely wrote that in so it iscoming to me in the South island. An expensive mess.”

“You did not indicate in a highly visible way until the gift was actually paid for that we had missed the date for guaranteed delivery before xmas. this was very annoying and upsetting and sneaky”

“Very disappointed- Don't use this company- Ordered & paid for same day delivery birthday gift before 11.30am cut off time as recipient is flying out next day but nothing arrived, 4 attempts at contacting the company and again nothing will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company”

“This was my first time using Spoil Me, and unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. I placed an order yesterday afternoon with the expectation that it would be delivered on time as promised. Given the $10 delivery fee, this delay is unacceptable. I was also unable to apply the save10 discount code. Regrettably, due to this experience, I won’t be using the service again.”

“My order never arrived and I had no feedback from them on how we will resolve the issue. Have emailed multiple times. I have never had issues but looks like when you have one the customer service is unavailable. Best to choose another provider.”

“Seemed very undervalued for the price, regardless she enjoyed it but the personalized message got completely misinterpreted and stuffed up the message to my mum for her birthday, the initial message I wanted to say was "message just wishing her the happiest of birthdays, and her two sons wish her well and will have to see her soon. Thank you so much!" But the message sent to her was "wishing you the happiest of birthdays and I hope your two sons are doing well" not what I said at all! Disappointed”
