Very disappointed- Don't use this company- Ordered & paid for same day delivery birthday gift before 11.30am cut off time as recipient is flying out next day but nothing arrived, 4 attempts at contacting the company and again nothing will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company

This was my first time using Spoil Me, and unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. I placed an order yesterday afternoon with the expectation that it would be delivered on time as promised. Given the $10 delivery fee, this delay is unacceptable. I was also unable to apply the save10 discount code. Regrettably, due to this experience, I won’t be using the service again.

My order never arrived and I had no feedback from them on how we will resolve the issue. Have emailed multiple times. I have never had issues but looks like when you have one the customer service is unavailable. Best to choose another provider.

Seemed very undervalued for the price, regardless she enjoyed it but the personalized message got completely misinterpreted and stuffed up the message to my mum for her birthday, the initial message I wanted to say was "message just wishing her the happiest of birthdays, and her two sons wish her well and will have to see her soon. Thank you so much!" But the message sent to her was "wishing you the happiest of birthdays and I hope your two sons are doing well" not what I said at all! Disappointed

Not only did you stuff up the online payment & response time of the order, but then your courier driver signed the delivery notice, on behalf off the client without his consent. Very poor service, will not be using or recommending your company again.

I spent over two months investing, and when I finally attempted to withdraw my funds, my account—holding over $186,120—was unexpectedly locked. Customer service has not responded to my withdrawal requests. After sharing my experience with friends, they advised me to contact lilo grace 75 @ gmail .com . Absolutely bad business this site! I ordered on the 10th of July a couple of men’s perfumes, toiletry bag and another misc item for my partners birthday and revived confirmation of payment and a note the order should take 2-5 days before i get the underway. Fast forward to the 11th of August I still hadn’t received any correspondence re: items or status of delivery; nothing! So I sent an email to which I also received no response. I then reached out again as my partners birthday was days away and there after finally got a response from Jas @ SPOIL stating they couldn’t source an item due to supplier not stocking so swiftly cancelled and refunded my entire order. Now I am left scrambling for a gift for my partner. I do not recommend this site and will not be visiting this site again.
