Bought a ($150+) gift box for Mother’s Day from Spoil Me in order to get the advertised delivery time of 1-3 days. I wasn’t super strict on time, but I requested that if it was going to be more than 3days to let me know, so I could let the receiver know. Got no response. After 3 days of no delivery and no correspondence, I followed up again saying that I hadn’t received the tracking information, and received no answer. Eventually I got the generic tracking information email, but the gift then sat with the courier for several days without moving. At this point I was giving up on it ever arriving at all, I had to advise the receiver that the company wouldn’t respond to me, so I didn’t know where their expected gift was or if it would ever show up. It finally arrived a full 7 days after I ordered it. I would not have used Spoil Me if I knew it would take that long for Auckland to Auckland shipping. At no point did anyone reply to me and while the actual gift contents were enjoyed eventually, I will definitely not be using Spoil Me again. Pretty basic requests: Answer people when they ask you questions about their orders, and don’t advertise delivery times you don’t even attempt to meet/ change courier providers to a faster one. Overall I felt ripped off and not valued as a customer at all. Such an unnecessary stress and hassle.

I asked for the gift to be delivered on 10 May , he has still not received it . I am out of phone range on a ship and will chase it up tomorrow when I get to port. Very disappointed, won’t do it again .

Parcel was lost by courier. Took two calls to post haste for them to search for the parcel. Emailed and called spoilme with no response.

I wasn’t very happy with the gift box for my Bestfriend, for what I paid it didn’t come with much the chocolates were not nice at all and tasted nothing like the box said it would , the face mask and hand cream were budget, definitely could do a better one myself with what I spent

I ordered the box to cheer up a friend whose home was flooded, but they didn’t receive it. I cannot comment on the box itself, it’s about the delivery method. It was not handed to the person (though the order form requires a phone number for contact). I assume it was left somewhere on the property, but there is no way of finding out where it was left. Disappointed.
