Also i am always buying from you, why didnt I get any discount? Athough I says on your website get 25% off ?

I spent over two months investing, and when I finally attempted to withdraw my funds, my account—holding over $186,120—was unexpectedly locked. Customer service has not responded to my withdrawal requests. After sharing my experience with friends, they advised me to contact lilo grace 75 @ gmail .com . Absolutely bad business this site! I ordered on the 10th of July a couple of men’s perfumes, toiletry bag and another misc item for my partners birthday and revived confirmation of payment and a note the order should take 2-5 days before i get the underway. Fast forward to the 11th of August I still hadn’t received any correspondence re: items or status of delivery; nothing! So I sent an email to which I also received no response. I then reached out again as my partners birthday was days away and there after finally got a response from Jas @ SPOIL stating they couldn’t source an item due to supplier not stocking so swiftly cancelled and refunded my entire order. Now I am left scrambling for a gift for my partner. I do not recommend this site and will not be visiting this site again.

I’m so gutted with my order - I got the wheat bag expecting it to be normal size and it’s literally the size of my hand, plus the wrong colour and has some other brands tag on it when the picture made out it was a clear untagged wheat bag. So gutted to have wasted money on this gift for someone, I’m stuck with it now, too small to use and they don’t offer refunds after 7 days of receiving the item even if you’re out of town. Disappointed to say the least and won’t be recommending :(

I was extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered a gift basket from overseas for my friend for her birthday. I ordered on 31 Jan to be delivered 3 Feb. My friend received it on 14th Feb after she chased it up. On 2 occasions she was told that they could not find the order. I would think twice about ordering anything further from Spoil me.

The order was delivered 3 weeks after I placed it with no communication on their behalf. I emailed them, messaged on Facebook, and have only heard back after several weeks and messages. Super dissapointing.
