“Great service rang from Australia to the company at very short notice for a spoil me box to be delivered to Queenstown they gave me all the advice for a fast track delivery and it arrived on time and fabulous box of goodies that was loved by the recipients”

“I was able to put together my own collection for the gift basket, which was great.The recipient seemed to really enjoy it. It was apparently dispatched quite quickly - also a strong positive. Tracking the parcel was not straight forward or easy. Several other companies I have used have sent me notices regarding their status, including when in transit, when at the target city warehouse, and, most importantly, when delivered. I was NOT able to see this easily with Spoli Me. However, my main gripe is that it was delivered without the personalised note - which had been carefully composed and was important. There was no indication whatsoever who it was from. I only found out that it HAD been delivered some 10 or 12 days later when I eventually contacted the recpient to ask.”
