“Fabulous service from SpoilMe. However the courier company Poste Haste are useless. I have raised a query/claim with courier for the gift box that was not delivered !!! Fake signature on tracking & photo is from locked gate!!!”

“Hi, I really love your gift boxes and have bought quite a few in the past and always had lovely comments about them. The only strange thing today was the I couldn't purchase Joyful Mornings without the flowers and vase? I went ahead anyway as the gift is for a birthday in 2 days, but this seemed strange. Thanks”

“I spend thousands of dollars with you this year and there doesn't seem to be any loyalty programme in place for frequent buying except the 5% off. Packages are good, but to be honest if there was another company offering a similar deal with a better incentive to buy with them, I will. I am thinking about Xmas soon, so I will be exploring all options.”

“The gift’s experience was great. 5 stars to that Pls check on the courier company you use, as they left the gift outside even though the receiver was home, never rang the bell or knocked and the receiver happened to see it outside the door only half way through the day when some guest came visiting.”

“Great service, arrived in a short time frame which was great, only thing was I ordered multiple and they had tags saying which each box was, unfortunately they were wrong so my clients ended up getting a the bourbon box instead of wine and vice versa which was a real shame”
