“Delivery was quick but unfortunately it got delivered to complete wrong address- luckily that person rang me. I contacted spoil me to help get it re delivered as was worried but you never got back to me? 😞I had to chase down courier and then driver to get it to the right person on time. Paid a lot for delivery to have to do all of that but oh well.”

“while the gift was great and well received. the communication and delivery wasn't. I ordered on a Tuesday prior to 11 it was delivered on the Saturday. I emailed to find out whether it could be followed up, I never received a response, so I contacted the courier company who was pretty helpful.”

“I paid for same day delivery but received my order the following week. I chose you over your competitors because you offered this service. All that was refunded for the inconvenience caused was the delivery fee and a late apology over email. No customer service was provided in the weekend when I made several attempts to contact them after not receiving my order on Friday. I even reached out to their social media and was ignored. To date their social media manager has not even so much as acknowledged my message yet continues to be active on their business Instagram. Needless to say I will never be ordering from Spoil Me again and I will not be recommending to my friends and family. I understand mistakes are made but how it was handled was appalling.”
