“Was disappointed because I ordered the bottle of whiskey through Spoil me so it would be presented as a gift. I came to your website through google and wasn't at any point through your website given the opportnity to add gift wrap or add a card. When I e-mailed about this I was told that you were going to add it to a gift box for me and you asked me for a message for the card - which I provided - the bottle of Whiskey then just got sent to the recipient with no card or gift wrap - so I basically just paid an inflated price for something I could have just had delivered from liquorland for the same impact. The person didn't even know who the gift was from.”

“Received the Mystery box for my Mum's birthday: she absolutely loved it. The first box was damaged in transit but spoil me sent out a replacement straight away. The response time from my initial email was instantaneous, amazing communication. Replacement arrived only a couple of days later. Highly recommend Spoil me to anyone who may be stuck trying to choose a special gift. Spoil me done me wonders.”
