“Underwhelming for the cost”

“I ordered the box to cheer up a friend whose home was flooded, but they didn’t receive it. I cannot comment on the box itself, it’s about the delivery method. It was not handed to the person (though the order form requires a phone number for contact). I assume it was left somewhere on the property, but there is no way of finding out where it was left. Disappointed.”

“Given the severe weather and flooding in parts of the North Island, you still managed to deliver to our friends. I hope you all kept safe, that is always the priority. There will always be chocolate. Thank you for your care.”
