“Excellent communication, especially as I had made errors with my custom order. They rectified this immediately. I had not paid the full postage and they waived this additional cost. Box arrived the next day (different region) and was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend”

“I really love it but unfortunately my last package that I got was packaged differently rather than their individual boxes and 3 of the boxes were really dented. I couldn't open them and check the inside as they arrived later than I'd asked (prob due to the courier) and needed to go to my clients asap that had settled on the homes. I'm sure they were find inside and it's just one of those things but I probably need to look for a company more local so I don't have to wait as long. I do love the presentation though!”

“I have used spoil me several times after receiving one from my sister in Australia. She has since sent me two more. It is the most wonderful gift to receive. The people I have sent them too have ordered for others as they loved them so much. I will be ordering another shortly for a special 70. I wish I could send my sister one in Australia as nothing compares over there. Is there a way you could include cheeses with wine and crackers? Many thanks for many wonderful surprises.”

“Was perfect, only issue I had was couriers delivered to wrong address but luckily I had a friend to collect. My nana loved her 80th gift box I was able to custom make”
