“Unfortunately, the courier company misplaced my parcel and it arrived 6 days after the due delivery date so I had nothing to give for a special milestone birthday. Lots of emails and phone calls to Spoil Me to trace the parcel and the parcel finally arrived. It parcel looks pretty but it was not a great experience :(. I would have appreciated better communication from Spoil Me when they knew I needed the parcel and to keep me better informed.”
