“arrived late.. but not really your issue as that's a courier problem Wish you emailed photos of the packaged mystery boxes so we get to see what we ordered before it arrives”

“We selected some items to put together in a gift box for one of our team that had their first baby. What a fantastic selection on offer from Spoilt, all of which was great quality. Fantastic service - one of the items was out of stock and they offered an alternative pretty quickly. Shipping was super fast, and the new parents loved the surprise gift! Thank you so much for making it so easy.”

“Never pick up the calls, delivery date was supposed to be on his birthday (strictly mentioned) but arrived a day before (but that's okay). Asked for an edit of my message and the guy over the phone mentioned it was edited but it wasn't. My first experience with spoilme wasn't that good.”
