Tracking the parcel was not straight forward or easy. Several other companies I have used have sent me notices regarding their status, including when in transit, when at the target city warehouse, and, most importantly, when delivered. I was NOT able to see this easily with Spoli Me. However, my main gripe is that it was delivered without the personalised note - which had been carefully composed and was important. There was no indication whatsoever who it was from. I only found out that it HAD been delivered some 10 or 12 days later when I eventually contacted the recpient to ask.”
