“Honestly was a little dissapointed with box!!! Paid $75 but actually thought it was more worth $50.”

“The box I bought was really nice and I was happy with the items chosen (as it was a mystery box) however the gift message was left out so the recipient had to guess who it was from. I emailed to say thanks but also tell them it was forgotten- was then blamed saying I “didn’t write a gift message” (which I did and received confirmation of) then spoil me never replied. So yeah, not a nice customer service interaction which ‘spoiled’ the whole experience.”

“Thank you for creating my box, my friend appreciated it. I opted to create my own spoil me box, this is very easy to do online you just choose your items and then they create it for you. It was fast and efficient, they do advise of delays in delivery which is handy for those to know. The only feed back I would suggest is to take a photo of the final product or how it was packed so that the sender also can get to review this also, I hope the receiver also can provide there feedback. Thank you spoil me to your staff who packed my box.”
