“This was my first time using Spoil Me, and unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience. I placed an order yesterday afternoon with the expectation that it would be delivered on time as promised. Given the $10 delivery fee, this delay is unacceptable. I was also unable to apply the save10 discount code. Regrettably, due to this experience, I won’t be using the service again.”

“I purchased a Mystery Box for each of my parents choosing to give favorite color and things they like as suggested in the product description. My suggestions were listened to and products around their likes were chosen but what I should have done is also listed their dislikes as well as unfortunately some of the items they received were not practical for them. This was my own fault for not thinking to also suggest this in addition to their "likes" and should not be reflected on "Spoil Me" in any way. Overall, the service was excellent, was value for money and the items arrived on time which I am very happy with.”
