“The process to order and customise time of delivery was great. A caution that if the person lives in a retirement village, the drop off, possibly because oif entry rules, happens at reception. If they do not undertake to deliver to the specific address or give permission for the delivery driver to do so, then, in this case, the parcel did not arrive until the next day. So great process and kmanagement, delivery perhaps needs specific instructions to ensure it makes it to the recipient on time. No fault of Spoil Me but something they may be able to assist in overcoming.”
