“Easy to use website, liked that it used kiwi based products, delivery was great but would have liked more pampering packages with less food and a selection of other nice things instead. Ie lotions, candles etc there may have been one and I may have missed it”

I have used you in good faith when sending congratulatory baby gifts for our staff.
I have only had good reports back about the gift boxes/baskets and the quality of the gift/s.
I have noticed though, that I recently haven't been able to find the same amount of gift options for mum and bub.
I believe with the increase of quality options for mum and bub, these gift boxes could return back to their exquisiteness.

“Website could be a little more user friendly with the option of quick add when creating a personalized box. I wanted to create a personalized box but gave up as I had to click into each item to add to cart.

“It was a costly gift box, could be little less.
But overall It was good. I gifted as a surprise to my husband on our anniversary and he loved the box the way everything was arranged in the box. And everything inside the box was soo good, chocolates, drinking chocolates, cocktails.”
“Ordering and shipping was good. I received an email from Spoil Me to say that it was on the courier one day early, as they believed there were changes coming in levels. I had asked for delivery on Friday 18/3. Didn’t deliver until Tuesday 22/3. So courier had parcel for one day short of a week. I know once out of your hands you have no control but one whole week seems excessive on the part of the courier.”
