I am sure I am not the only person who does not walk around a mall with reusable bags, leaving me no choice but to purchase one at a ridiculous price.

The coat was available in Whitby , (where she lived), however we had to pay Full price as they did not observe the Sale price of $159 that square 1 had, nor the advertised price on their website.

Delivery - Slow

I will not purchase from Sporcthek again due to their delivery service. My package has travelled from Newfoundland to British Columbia, passing me by in Ontario. They need to use a new courier or continue to lose business.

I had a bad experience few days ago with Sportchek. I ordered a Nike air max shoes through online. The status of the delivery shows that delivered. Till now I didn’t get the product. I try to contacted the customer service few times. They said they are not responsible for the missing item. First time, Worst experience in online order.

My in person review. I have had nothing but excellent experiences at SPORTCHEK Bayshore. I travel a fair distance to this SPORTCHEK and I can honestly say that Matt the manger has always gone above and beyond to help me with orders and returns, some of which were complicated dealing with defective product issues. If Matt is leading the staff by example, they too will provide the highest level of service.

On return form there a address is mentioned, but they don't accept returns and advise to go to SC location.

Do not order anything online. I was sent a completely different colour and style. When I called apparently they’re sold out of what I ordered so now I have the inconvenience and expense of travelling to a store to get a timely refund. Yes that is what I was advised by the customer representative by phone. 0 compensation just offered a 15% voucher for a future online purchase. Never again

Visited Sport Chek Newmarket a couple weeks ago and would like to applaud the assistance I received from the sales personnel with my purchases. In particular, Kahraa - great customer service!

I came to Sport Check at Westshore today to pick up my online order. I had not printed or downloaded the email/receipt. I was there around 11:00. Both the cashier at the front, and the man working the service counter were very gracious and accepting of my mistake. After producing photo I.D., I came home with my new jacket, very happy indeed. Thank you!
