“Sito fatto male per la vendita di polsini vision,in foto li fa vedere a coppia,scrivendo anche polsini poi ne arriva 1 a 9 euro.quando poi una grande Adidas costa 7,50.tutto faceva capire che fossero in coppia.per giunta qualità scadente,dopo una volta messo gia sfilato e buttato”

“I bought the racket on July 6, I paid the most expensive freight with the guarantee that it would arrive in 1 or 2 days. However, it arrived only on the 10th, four days later. I was no longer at the place of delivery and now I will have to pay dearly to send it to me.”

“The racket came in unbelievably poor quality (I paid 125 euros for it). The paint is bruised, the edges are all flaky. I contacted the support for the return multiple times, however I got no response for over a month.”

“The racket came in really bad quality: the edges are flaky, there are bruises on painting and handle. I wrote my complaints multiple times to the store, but they failed to answer for more than 2 weeks already. At least regarding international shipping the customer service is very bizarre”

“My order didn't arrive on time. I live in Brazil and had it delivered in Berlin. But it arrived when I no longer was there (after the scheduled time at the purchase). I'm waiting to be refundede and the store stops answering me in whastapp. I'll report ir to my credit card dealer.”

“A compra foi bem, a entrega muito mal. A promessa era de entrega em 5 dias. Permaneci na Espanha após a compra por 12 dias e o produto não foi entregue. Ítem básico pós compra é a entrega! E a da empresa sequer ocorreu. L'acquisto è andato bene, la consegna molto male. La promessa era la consegna in 5 giorni. Sono rimasto in Spagna dopo l'acquisto per 12 giorni e il prodotto non è stato consegnato. L'articolo di base dopo l'acquisto è la consegna! E la compagnia non è nemmeno avvenuta.”

Bom dia, sentimos muito pelo ocorrido. Seu pedido foi datado de 21 de abril, enviamos no primeiro dia útil após os feriados italianos (26 de abril), mas infelizmente o endereço indicado no pedido não estava correto (faltava o nome do hotel) e isso causou um atraso, com o pacote sendo entregue apenas no dia 4 de maio. Excluindo fins de semana e feriados 25 de abril e 1 de maio são 5 dias úteis para entrega, apesar do erro no endereço. No entanto, entendemos sua inconveniência e pedimos desculpas pelo ocorrido. Seu pedido já foi reembolsado.

“Per errore prodotto risultava disponibile ma non lo avevate in magazzino ma mi è stato detto che mi avete mandato mail, che non ho ricevuto, neanche tra le spam. Poi problemi con spedizione. Prodotto arrivato quasi un mese dopo l’ordine.”
