“Hello! I just received the package and i am not happy with a few things. First the case for the racket doesn’t close at all, the zipper is damaged Second I was thinking the towel and the hat will be black, not white”

“Avrei messo 5 stelle. Purtroppo mi è stato consegnato un modello diverso rispetto a quello che intendevo avere. Mi spiego della pala da padel ordinata ci sono tre diversi modelli con tre gomme differenti. Nel sito web è stata fuorviante la descrizione di ciascun modello e ciò mi ha indotto all'acquisto di un modello diverso da quello che desideravo avere. Non mi è stato possibile effettuare il reso in quanto, me ne sono accorto dopo aver tolto tutti gli involucri alla racchetta. Per il resto è stato tutto ineccepibile: l'assistenza prima di acquistare la racchetta e la consegna rapidissima della stessa.”

“Do TRE stelle anche se ho ricevuto l'articolo di colore errato rispetto a quanto in foto perché l'assistenza è stata gentile e mi ha proposto di restituire o tenere il prodotto restituendomi il 20% dell'importo. Con i tempi di consegna sono stati puntuali. Sito da migliorare e inserire le foto dei prodotti presenti a magazzino...”

“Bitte entschuldigen Sie, dass ich meine Bewertung auf deutsch schreibe. Mit meinen vorherigen Bestellungen bei Sportlet Store war ich sehr zufrieden. Worüber ich aber momentan sehr enttäuscht bin ist, dass meine aktuelle Bestellung scheinbar verloren gegangen ist. Ich wollte die Bestellung zu einem UPS Acces Point liefern lassen, laut Mail ist sie dort angekommen, laut UPS Acces Point nicht. Daher bin ich momentan im ständigen Austausch mit UPS, damit meine Bestellung hoffentlich noch irgendwo auftaucht. Aus diesem Grund ist die Bestellung auch noch nicht bezahlt und kann von mir auch erst dann bezahlt werden, wenn ich neuere Erkenntnisse zum Verbleib meiner Bestellung erhalten.”

“I really need further assistence with the delivery of my parcel. When I bought it I put my adress, I will travel in 3 days and I still dont have my parcel. When I track the number it says that I need to provide my adress, which I did. I dont know what to do anymore, but I do need the racket untill thursday. Thanks”
