Used to love sprouts. Quality, fair prices, and friendly service. Still friendly service, but quality has hit a serious low. Past few times Ive bought meat - spoiled/rotten. And then just bought this yogurt a few days ago, just opened it and completely moldy.

The grass-fed beef steak was nothing but cartilage. I cooked it to medium where there was actual meat. This Sprouts just opened in Port Charlotte, FL

Everytime I but produce there it’s either tasteless , rotten inside or shrivels up in one day. I don’t get it. I just paid top dollar for pomegranates and they look great from the outside but horrible on the inside. Disappointing .

Terrible customer care. Took back beef I had bought TWO days previous, expiration day was still a day away and it had gone from red to grey/brown. They told me “I should have put it in the freezer” and was nothing they could do without a receipt even though the product had gone bad before expiration date. I have had other companies who have had the integrity to accommodate a return when the goods were damaged or bad without receipt as they should.

I am speaking on behalf of MANY employees or ex employees of Sprouts#621.Many employees lost their jobs or were forced to quit due to Asst.Mgr Brittni she make false allegations and then plays the victim and NEVER wants to meet with the employee to discuss because she is lying. I was sent home because I complained in store that I was extremely hot was outside for 5 hrs 105 hot so it was called causing a scene Brittney yelled at me to punch out and go home in front of the store with customers and employees around .That's a scene but this is the type of stuff that goes on and more

Dear Sprouts Farmers Market. Shrinkage starts at the top. If the CEO can’t provide leadership, incentives, and education about products, it’s time to get new blood in your organization. When you have a short shelf life on products they have to be managed and marketed with care. It’s very obvious that Sprouts has high shrinkage. The sale is made when you buy the product right. The competition Mr. Sinclair CEO of Sprouts is places like Walmart. They display their Broccoli in a more appetizing arrangement and they dump crushed ice on it and it flies out the door. I watched it as a customer with my very eyes. It’s easy to make phone calls to your store managers and grind them, then they grind their employees, and then morale suffers. Mr. CEO you should roll up your sleeves get in the corporate Jet and start touching your company personally at each location because you’re losing the ship. It's sinking and I own stock in your sinking ship. Mr. Sinclair with a little digging it wasn’t hard to realize you have quite the pay package and it appears a bailout package as well. This business isn’t Walmart or the 99-cent store your former employer’s. These cookie cutter store formulas you have are killing Sprouts Farmers Market it’s a different animal. Take some pride in your stores after looking at these photos of this Organic Broccoli from one of your stores in Arizona. I started with Sunflower stores in which Sprouts purchased them and became a new customer. Decades as a loyal Patron. Overpriced is an understatement, Quality is poor in many categories, and Training and motivation are at an all-time low. Selling Plant-based Beyond Beef for close to 10.00 a package. Walmart is marketing and selling the same product at half that price. I hope this post doesn’t resort to heat on the store managers because things are like this through your leadership. It’s on your watch, Sir. Take responsibility. Anonymous shopper of 20 years and a stockholder.

DO NOT BUY HYDROPONIC STRAWBERRIES!!! My 7 year old son will not eat fruit except strawberries and bananas...My husband was talked into buying the hydroponic strawberries at our local Sprouts...My son has issues going to the bathroom...So we have been not allowing him to eat GMO foods and keeping away from food dyes like red40...The employee at Sprouts told my husband the hydroponics was a healthier option....So my husband bought a tray of them...Which was very expensive...My son has sensory sensitivities and is a very picky eater...I tried one of the strawberries 🍓 and it actually had no taste and was kinda gross...I thought no way would my son eat them...But surprisingly he did....He ate about 10 strawberries....And an hour later his legs and stomach broke out in a weird rash (pics attached) He eats strawberries all the time and has no allergies to them ever...I decided to read into hydroponics...And come to find out they often use a chemical fertilizer since they don't use soil...I thought the whole idea of hydroponics...Was to keep away from chemicals....I am so disappointed....I'm sick and tired of the food industry using chemicals in most all of our foods...No wonder So many people including myself have autoimmune disorders...These chemicals and genetically modified foods...Should never be allowed...Other countries have banned gluten and food dyes...But our FDA in America says it is completely fine for chemicals to be put in our foods! There is no money in healthy people!!!🤬

This store always overcharging their products On 09/14/2021 I paid two avocados $44.00. I had to go back to refund my money, so check your receipt twice before you leave the store. See receipt!!

Bought a loaf of bread yesterday with a dead animal in it. Called the store, they didn't care. Called the Sprouts Corporate Office, no call back. All I wanted was an apology and for them to remove and inspect the stock. Guess I will reach out to the Board of Health next.

I live within just a couple of miles from 3 sprouts stores and I shop at all of them, depends where I am at that point. Today I had to return 2 out of 7 items from vitamin department, 2 whey proteins. I still cannot believe that I got scolded today by elderly clerk Michael when I was returning items with the original receipt. He said that I did not buy at his store and I should be returning products at the store I have purchased, I explain to him that I shop at few different stores because they are within the same distance and I don't pay attention to my receipt where I have purchased. But I always do keep my receipt because I know that is the policy of any sprouts store to return vitamins/ supplements . The protein jars were completely full so he cannot accuse me of using it and returning/ even I know you can returned even if you used /, that was not the case, however he was continue preaching me that I should be returning at the store where I have purchased, I said I am very sorry but this is the first time I hear this new policy/ as far as I know Sprouts is corporately owned stores and not individually own stores/ and I've been shopping at Sprouts for many many years and I buy a lot of supplements every month, I do spend hundreds of dollars a month just on supplements. I stop replying to him but he was continue telling me that different stores carry different products, and I should be returning to the store I have purchased from. I still don't understand what does it have to do with the return because they will have to send it back to vendor anyway, what is his problem? Then he start circling and writing things on my original receipt, I'm going to include a copy of that so you could see; what is the reason of writing across of my original receipt all over the place and then circling at the bottom of the cashier from the original receipt? Michael has to go to anger management classes number one, number 2- customer service classes and many more, if he doesn't like to take returns then he should've referred me to a different cashier, he had no rights to scold me on the front of other customers, I feel that I was discriminated because I am a woman and I spoke with an accent that is why he picked at me for awhile. At the end he handed me a return receipt and I was still waiting for my original receipt as I still had 5 more items on my original receipt, then he handed the original receipt after I had asked and without saying thank you or have a nice rest of the day, nothing he just gave me a dirty look and I left the store.....
