“They refused to help me when I ordered a pen from them and alerted them that it never showed up. They told me to contact DHL to resolve, DHL told me they were wrong to do that and that Spy Guys had to initiate the investigation, so I then contacted them again, via email because there is NO NUMBER or human being to speak with, and then once again told me it wasn’t their problem and for me to contact DHL. They are fraudsters and liars. Stay away from ordering from this company. Check complaints and reviews on Trustpilot and BBB.”

“I ordered the recorder phone charger a debugger and two sets of the recorder ear buds . one pair of ear buds and the debugger were like a week late on delivery. by the time they got here I no longer needed the items . All i did was open the shipping bag not either of the actual product containers and they refuse to refund my money on the two items . I will never do business with Spyguy again and will bad mouth them the rest of my days .”

I live here with my disabled wife and my mom who has Alzheimer's who does not leave the house except through the garage when she's in the car. I informed them of this and have heard nothing back crickets. I would highly suggest against buying anything from this company they are a rip-off!”
