“Paid but nothing delivered! When you ask for assistance they will send you back to the transport company! Goods returned to China as I can see in the tracking. NO ASSISTANCE!!”

“I was sold a fake Levis t-shirt which was not noticed at first and to be honest I'm not happy at all. I bought the t-shirt to go on holiday, the quality was extremely poor and I was embarrassed to wear it.”

“Correct size but poor quality. The threading on the leather near the buckle end of the belt, has started to fall apart. Thus I had to use a needle and thread to stop this problem. Now I am wearing the belt but I still think that I should have not done, what I did. But I had no option since I paid a lot for the belt. I could have returned the item but I decided not to do so because of the long procedure and in that time I can resolve the problem myself. Now I have resolved the problem, but I have no desire to shop with Prem hull ever again.”

Customer returned item, worn and without original tags in tact. The item stunk of B.O. As it was not fit to be re-sold even for a second hand store. Item returned to customer.

“Perhaps I missed that the shoes I was purchasing were going to be USED. I am in another country and was not familiar with the site. But if they were selling them used, then the description should have included, lightly worn, etc. There was dirt on the outer soles, obvious wear on the inner soles, and what appeared to be a cigarette burn also on the inner sole. Again, if they were sold as used, then I missed it. But if they weren't, PREM is charging 80 pounds for USED Kickers.”

All items a checked before dispatch. Item was brand new boxed unworn. Asked customer to return item for refund. Will inspect boots when they have been returned. Will resolve right away.

“I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived ahead of the date I was told which is not a bad thing but the boots are not what I ordered wrong style and wrong colour and these boots are cheaper than the pair I ordered I shall be sending them back for a full refund or the correct boots with no extra delivery charge being incurred”
