“All the order process began good, but I paid many expessive to receive the product quickly. But after a DHL mistake,the item is not yet received because it didn't leave UK.”

Order picked and dispatched same day order placed. As per DHL tracking the item is in the delivery network. Latest update from DHL: 02:29am Sunday, April 30, 2017 - Departed Facility in EAST MIDLANDS - UK

We have checked our records and we have not received a message from you. However do not worry we have contacted Royal Mail and Australian Post, with this information we have emailed you directly with your updated tracking details. “I haven't received my item but when I track on Royal Mail it says delivered and there is a signature which is neither mine or my wife's could you please get In contact with your courier as we do not have this item.. Regards, Jason Harle”

Thank you for returning my call this morning. As per telephone conversation. I have contacted Royal Mail this morning to resolve this issue. I have requested for Royal Mail to open an investigation to supply me with more information. As soon as i have this i will update you to resolve this issue right away. “I recently ordered a lyle and scott jacket for my son and recieved it today to find its extremely small. I will now have to pay to return this item and exchange it to then incur a further postage fee .”

“I wanted replacement Timberland mens boot laces but received a poor version to that what was originally on my boots , they were both shorter and thinner . The illustration was poor with no measurements DL”

Laces order by customer are for a smaller boot. Contacted customer and asked them to return order for a refund if the are not suitable.
