Bought a dress for £180 when the dress came late after paying £24 extra for delivery the dress was too tight contacted stacees for refund keep on blanking me filled the ticket in but no joy would not buy from this company again once they have got your money bye. Bye A BIG SSSSCCCCAAAAAMMMM. Still no refund

Firstly they keep telling me they can only refund part my money due some irrelevant ball excuse they made about delivery and “saving me time and money” offered to pay me back £15 and keep the dress and flog it elsewhere.

scammers as in most cases, dresses didn't arrive in time even though I had paid £30 for express delivery, they then ignored my request for refund for days saying the n the same old it seems "out of time" Refund REFUSED

I ordered dresses for the bridesmaids in my wedding and paid £86 for garaunteed expedited delivery to ensure they arrived on time.

"delivery to us isn't guaranteed, order another dress for an extra £85", then some story about how its tailored to you even though it wasn't in my case and they won't be able to re sell it! No alterations were made to it whatsoever.

Because if you insist on sending it back, the delivery is unstable and have some risks, including to the lost, damaged and tariff.

i will start by saying i have spent over £300 in total of two dresses which both were not wearable! first dress that arrived, it was damaged because of poor delivery.

Don't buy from them. They take your money and then lie about production and delivery timelines. They also lie about the order cancellation timeline. I received inconsistent responses from them on an order that I placed. Unfortunately, there is no one to talk to, every communication is done via email or chat. Poor customer experience.
