“ Prom girlies do NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE TRUST ME. They have terrible customer service. I tried to so hard to get a refund but they refused and I had to resort to doing a dispute. AVOID THIS TRASH WEBSITE. There dresses arent well made ”

“ I’ve had to message them on instagram for a response! Only to get a reply saying they can not except a return but can give me £10 back as compensation and make me a new dress for half the price! They advertise refunds within 14 days if the product isn’t a custom made size (which mine isn’t) and yet I cannot return the item?! Cheap materials, threads coming out, doesn’t look like the picture, horrendous packaging and SHOCKING customer service that doesn’t respond. ”

Contacting them is only through live chat, you can't call them and you can't email them. My advice - avoid ordering dress from Stacee's. ”

They then offered me £15 refund, stating I could keep the dress and re-sell it!! it is not my policy to sell their dress..... They now have made no contact with me at all despite all my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTANT ”

“ If I could give zero stars I would! This company should be avoided at all cost. They are a complete scam and will not provide returns slips or information on how to return items that don't fit. Despite the return information on their website, they absolutely WILL NOT accept returns and they don't have a customer service team available to talk to. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy from this supplier. ”
