“I placed two orders within one week for customised embossing seals. Initially, I lacked a little knowledge about adjusting the die correctly, which resulted in the embossing not being as sharp as expected. After seeing my concern, the customer service team responded promptly with a kind email and a helpful video explaining how to position the die correctly. I must say that, once adjusted properly, the seals work amazingly well. Both of my embossing seals now produce sharp, clear impressions. The team was efficient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. The customer service and communication were excellent. Thank you, Stamp Direct, for your outstanding support and a great product.”

“Placed a recent order with Richard who was very helpful in putting my order together after sending an email of exactly what I required and where the stamps needed to be delivered. Expertly handled without any issues and my colleagues received their stamps within the timescales given. Overall very happy.
