Dear Myles Thank you for your review. I take full responsibility for the review request being emailed before the goods arrived. I've set Review.io to request a review a few days after an order has been placed. That does mean that sometimes, due to weekends and postal delays etc, the email can be received before the goods. We bought green ink 568ml .we used the ink and left them to dry for 24 hours but they didn't get dry at all agaim we try to apply the ink in to thedifferent paper and carboard materials and we left it for more than 48 hours but this ink never get dry!!!!! And they made every where green

Hi Thank you for your review. Endorsing Ink is a waterbased ink which will dry on absorbent surfaces within several minutes. Could you please advise further details regarding the materials you're stamping? Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager

I placed a small order of 2 stamps, the advert stated a cheaper price for 2 and yet it charged me the higher price for singles, when I rang to get this resolved the lady on the phone said it was my fault for not adding vat, which was not the case. I tried to explain it was not about vat but the cost of the stamps she was rude and then put the phone down, when another member of staff contacted me it was established it was there own website and not me. Tried to support a smaller business but it just gave me a headache and stress so back to amazon I went.

I order the selfinking stemp for my Buisness Payed £30 they delivered right after 3 days Was very happy but when i open the package Its small tiny stemp you need megnifier to read Waste of money & time will go to ebay next time Cheap & proper stemps

It specifically asked for 3 headliners i put them and now i endded up without a phone number on it. You need to specify whatbi would get or put onky 2 in the customization section

Dear Lukian Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you found our website misleading. We do state... "We can only despatch Garage stamps for use with service books/documents to the garage name and address featured on the stamp." As your delivery address was different to that featured on the service book stamp we contacted you to request your authorisation to post the stamp directly to the garage. To which you replied requesting us to cancel the order and asking for a refund. Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager

Delivery is very slow. They promise next day delivery but it’s been 4 working days and still no sign of my order. Would use my previous supplier as they genuinely send next day

Hi Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. Whilst the Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class parcels the following day (Tuesday 12th) it isn't a guaranteed service. Hi John The Egg Stamps are on a 2-3 week lead time. I've been advised your stamp will be delivered Monday or Tuesday next week. I apologise that the review email arrived before the stamp, these are sent automatically after five days for all orders. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager

Paid for next day pre 12 delivery via DHL and arrived 2 days later in the afternoon. No communication to say it has been delayed and couldn’t get hold of anyone for an ETA.

Dear Lee, Thank you for your review and order. As your order was placed in the evening of the 29th we produced and despatched your order on the 30th. We despatched using DHL 12 noon, however I can see they didn't deliver until 3.23pm. We will contact DHL for a refund and issue a refund to you for the carriage. Not happy at all..I was sent wrong size item & plain font when I uploaded my signature to get it right for me..There was no explanation at all..to me it was very unprofessional. I will be returning the item for full refund & going elsewhere!

The order only states your name as the text with no mention of a signature or regard to size. Would you please kindly email me to advise what size stamp you'd like to order and attach your signature?
