Hi, Thank you for your review. Invitations to review are automatically sent five days after placing an order. This can result in goods arriving after the invitation is received, this is especially true following a bank holiday weekend. I am afraid that - unlike the previous sealing wax which I used - your sealing wax was: like hard chewing gum. It stuck to my stamp and almost wrecked it.

Dear Emma Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear the wax didn't perform how you required. This is most unusual as we only supply original Waterstons Scottish Wax. i had a very appauling experience with stamps direct as they couldnt even help me get my item in time. when you call the one who pick up on the other end was so rude. i felt so sad. please dont trust them.

Good morning This is the second time I buy from you. The first time I bought the yellow one and I was very satisfied. The second time I bought the black one that arrived yesterday, and to my surprise it is not the original cartridge, but an HP cartridge that can be used in the machine but does not adhere perfectly to glass. I can buy this model they sent me here in Brazil much cheaper. I bought it just because I thought you only worked with original cartridges. Even the box came with the seal broken, closed with adhesive tape and just the part of the seal where the expiration date was supposed to be, the part was removed. I am very disappointed with this purchase and would not want to portray this on your social media. I await a decision on the case. Thanks Leonardo de Oliveira

Hi, Thank you for your review. The 51604A cartridge you have purchased is a genuine HP cartridge. However, unlike the Yellow MP6 cartridge that you have previously purchased, the 51604A isn't suitable for glass. The black version of the MP6 cartridge is the MP4. I apologise the box was damaged. Would love to have been able to review our purchase, but was badly let down by DHL who failed to deliver it. Stamps Direct were as helpful as they could be, but if DHL say the item is on a van, but then just don't deliver it there is not a lot they can do. Eventually the item was returned for a full refund (just waiting for the refund to be processed now).

I received my stamp but it was immediately faulty I pressed to stamp but i stuck the ink dried up and it won’t work. I’m to send it back for repair!!!! Shouldent that be replacement???

I’m very disappointed I paid extra 10 pounds for it to be delivered next day I waited all day as I urgently needed the stamp. I haven’t even seen the stamp as I had to leave the following day to Liverpool.. Its all too late now and because of this I’ve been in quite some trouble with my work.

Your order was placed after the cut-off for same day despatch for the item you ordered. We despatched using DHL (cost paid £6.50 inc VAT) the following day. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PARCEL AND THERE WAS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY AND THE DHL. I HAVE THEREFORE ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.

Dear Alan Thank you for your review. The postage method selected on your order was only 1st Class. The Royal Mail deliver over 90% the next day, however, I'm afraid this isn't guaranteed. The Royal Mail have been on strike for two days last week, I fear this could have also contributed to the delay. We normally consider a parcel lost after five working days (Royal state 10). Due to the recent strikes, the 5th working day following the 21st is the 30th. Please contact myself if your order hasn't arrived by then. Really poorly made stamps, not at all consistent when you stamp on surfaces. All of stamp directs stamps are poorly made.

Not really happy about I have payed £9 for the next day delivery and I have not received that service because you couldn't provide so really disappointing about this, I should received a refund from you to be honest with honesty wise

Hi Thank you for your review. I've tracked your parcel with DHL. It shows it being collected from us on Friday 30th and being delivered the following working day (Monday) at 8.39am. I note you placed your order at 5.07pm on Thursday. The cut-off for same day despatch for the stamp ordered is 11am (as shown on the product page). Disappointing. Purchased the EXACT labels from Amazon for £1.70 including FREE Delivery (sent from and sold by Minilabel). The labels provided by Stamp Direct cost £15.57 including delivery and are exactly the same (even in the same packaging) as the labels received from Amazon. Shameful.
