Hi, Thank you for your review. We have contacted Royal Mail regarding your delivery. They have responded with... "Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 31-03-2022 but there didn't seem to be anyone in". Do you still have the tracking email, or would you like us to email you the tracking details? It is over a month and my purchased item has not yet been delivered. Noone even bothers to update me on my order.

Item still not received. Do not yet know who is going to deliver it and do not yet know whether it will arrive damaged. What I do know is that it was ordered 5 days ago but has still not arrived.

Paid extra for speeding delivery and still haven’t received the stamps, waited all day and have cctv to prove it had an email saying I was not at home, disgraceful delivery company would definitely not use you service again and wouldn’t recommend to any other customer

Hi Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry the experience with DHL has been disappointing. When the order was placed, standard First Class was requested (this is free). Due to the weight of the order, we upgraded (free) to DHL. Having reviewed the tracking information I can see they claim to have attempted delivery on the 26th and then successfully delivered on 29th. I apologise for the misleading information supplied by DHL and I hope you would reconsider ordering from us in the future. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager

Hi Jodie, Thanks for your review. I've checked the details of your order. We despatched the same day (Friday 12th). Bought a stamp. Got a phone call to say there was a problem with my payment and they could take details over the phone, which I refused to do as could be anyone phoning. So they cancelled the order and said the money they didn't have, would be put back into my account in the next few days (which did happen)

Not happy at all. I make a order and 2 days later they start with police question OMG. So I canceled my order and make new one. And I get my stamp in just 1 day. Stamp Direct wasing time.

Dear William, Further to your review, please see a copy of the email sent to you on 11th August... "Hi there, Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, your artwork is too detailed for the loyalty card stamp. This can be produced to include either the letters “KB” or “KIZ’ BASH” with KIZ’ being above BASH.
