4 weeks weighting time rubbish not even made in this country best thing about them quick refund

Ordered a 2nd stamp and that never arrived - Can`t fill in the rest of the survey as its non-applicable.

Well, after weeks I haven't received any info or the stamp, so not really impressed about the service.

Dear Loris, Thank you for your review. As advised by the Royal Mail overseas post was suspended over the Christmas and New Year. Your parcel was despatched on 4th January and received by Poste Italiane a few days later. The latest tracking information states "The shipment is being processed at the International Exchange Center" Please contact myself directly if your parcel doesn't arrive soon. Hi Thank you for your review (and separate email). We despatched your order on 21st December. Due to an increase in mail the Royal Mail are currently stating First Class can take one to eight working days. Hopefully your parcel will arrive before the New Year. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager

Dear Alessandro Thank you for your recent order and review. The ink pad on the order was despatched the following day (I'm afraid the order was placed after the cut-off for the same day). As requested on the order we despatched via First Class post. The Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% First Class parcels the next day, however due to Covid-19 some customers are currently waiting up to eight days for the Royal Mail to deliver. Reviews.io send all customers a review 5 days from the date of order, I apologise that the review request has arrived before the ink pad.
