“Good service and a quick delivery just disappointed in the size of the stamp I would have liked it to be a bit bigger”

“I asked for the signature to be 4cm x 1cm ( my excisting old stamp) It came 3cm x 1cm. So not the size requested. It looks ok and fits in the 'box' I have to stamp. Might have been a technical reason for smaller signature but it would have been nice to be asked if OK.”

“this is the second stamp I’ve purchased from Stamps Direct. It is O.K. but inferior to earlier one. The layout is not symmetrical and the impression it gives not as good.”

“The particular stamp I was looking for was difficult to source but to Stamps Direct it was no problem and I ordered immediately via Royal Mail 48 hour service on Tuesday 22nd October. The use of Royal Mail is why I have had to mark down the review. The item arrived 29 miles from me at 06.00 on Thursday. I thought that as it was their mistake Royal Mail would arrange a special delivery during the day. Following their normal lack of customer service the item eventually arrived at 12.46 on Saturday. Which has caused problems in our organisation. Stamps Direct should ask for compensation.”

“Every thing was good quality.. but i scribbled my name and address and took photo! I expected it to be typed up neat . But i got stamp as per my photo. But next time i will read more clearly..”

“ON THE STAMP YOU WERE GIVEN AN ADRESS BUT TO POST OUT THE STAMP YOU OBVIOUSLY GOOGLED WJ MOTORS & POSTED THE STAMP TO AN ADRESS TO PREMISES WEB HAVE VACTED THIS WAS THE REASON FOR THE STAMP”

Dear William, Thank you for your order and review. The postal address supplied had the postcode HX1 5JJ, which is the same as the address we delivered the parcel to. I notice you paid using PayPal. Hi Darren Sorry to hear the stamp isn't performing well. Your stamp is quite large and contains a large solid area. An inky pad and lots of pressure on a firm workstation will help. “The order was delivered promptly and the contents were correct. BUT, the top of a bottle of ink solvent had not been screwed on firmly and it had leaked into the plastic bag it was in. It should be a simple job to make sure that bottle tops are properly tight before goods are packed!”

“Very disappointed with the stamp. I bought it for my brother and his wife. The print is so tiny . To charge extra for the base is out of order. That completes the item. Prompt delivery though. If you had shown me the image of this stamp I would not have purchased it. Most of their friends are elderly too so I dought they could read it.”

“Good quality stamp, speedy delivery. My mistake but I was under the impression there would be a catch on the non extendable stamps to attach it to something. Now I have a stamp that is almost useless because I can’t carry it with me.”

Hi, Thank you for your review, though I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. I can see this order one from March 2021 for the same stamp. The stamps have a red locking button on the side to aid ink pad changing. I wonder if this has been accidentally activated? Could you please try pushing the stamp down or releasing the locking button? If that doesn't work, could you please email me a photo/video?
